KwikDrop is a last-mile logistics company that needed to scale from 5,000 to 50,000 daily deliveries without scaling their operations team proportionally. I designed three interconnected products — a customer tracking interface, a driver mobile app, and a dispatch operations dashboard — that together transformed a chaotic delivery network into a precision logistics machine.

At 5,000 deliveries a day, dispatchers could manage routes manually. At 50,000, that approach collapsed. Drivers were getting lost, customers had no visibility into their deliveries, and dispatchers were spending 80% of their time on phone calls instead of optimizing routes. The system needed to be intelligent enough to self-organize while remaining simple enough for drivers with varying levels of smartphone literacy.
